NEW Silver Lake Library Opens Today!

I took a trip over to see the new Library in Silver Lake today.  I hear it has been a long process to get this opened.  I skipped the fancy opening ceremonies and stopped by after all the commotion. 

The building is just beautiful and seems to have a bunch of study space, which is the main drawback for me at The Los Feliz location. 

I'm a little worried about the high tech automatic book returning conveyor belt snagging someones sleeves, but hopefully eveything will go according to plan.

I used the self-checkout to borrow True Grit (A Novel) by Charles Portis & The Coen Brothers Classic, Raising Arizona on DVD.
